PR & Communications Assistant - WB Studio Tour, The Making Of Harry Potter (WBSTL)

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PR & Communications Assistant to support our busy team at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London. In this role, you'll help manage day-to-day press office activity, including handling media enquiries, coordinating international press visits, and producing high-quality internal & external communications that reflect the Studio Tour's unique brand and experience.
You'll also play a key role in supporting our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme through building relationships with community partners, responding to charity requests, and assisting with budget tracking under the guidance of senior PR leadership. Your Role Accountabilities…
• Support press visits, media events, and guest experiences at the Studio Tour whilst maintaining confidentially where required.
• Assist with copywriting, proofreading, and managing press enquiries.
• Compile media coverage reports and monitor competitor activity through market research.
• Handle logistics for guest visits, including accommodation, transport, and security.
• Perform general admin tasks including asset management, meeting setup, raising POs and budget tracking.
• Draft and edit internal communications, including newsletters and screen content.
• Create engaging visual materials such as graphics, posters, and videos.
• Monitor and analyse internal content engagement to identify improvements.
• Manage internal communications and CSR calendars to coordinate activities.
• Liaise with charity partners, respond to requests, and organise promotional gifting.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Writing, editing, storytelling and proofing skills in either an academic or work environment.
• Creative thinker with good organisational and multitasking abilities with experience working with sensitive information in a compliant manner.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office to create reports and presentations, as well as inbox management.
• Familiarity with media platforms, such as Canva, PowerPoint and Excel.
Working Pattern
The working hours for this role are 09:00 to 18.00, Monday to Friday. The team operates a hybrid working policy, subject to manager discretion and dependent on scheduled on-site meetings or events.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
