What You'll Do
Epic Games is searching for an exceptional Benefits Coordinator to join our global Benefits team. In this role, you will develop and utilize a comprehensive understanding of non-US benefits administration (with a focus on Brazil), provide excellent service as a point of contact across the company, troubleshoot diverse challenges, and assist with day-to-day benefit plan operations. By doing so, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and wellness of our global team.
In this role, you will
• Be the first point of contact, addressing and escalating day to day benefit inquiries from Epic's employees in Brazil
• Perform new hire benefits orientation meetings and coordinate benefits enrollment (new hires, terminations, etc.)
• Coordinate with, support and partner with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient benefit plan administration (health and dental insurance, pension, transportation and meal vouchers, etc.)
• Communications, billing and invoicing support
• Ongoing assistance with required medical exams (admission, dismissal, and periodic exams
• Maintain digital storage of plan documents and employee resource while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR/LGPD compliance
• Language proficiency in both Portuguese and English

• 2 years or more of relevant benefits administration experience with a focus on Brazil benefits
• Understanding of standard regulations and compliance practices related to benefit plans
• Familiarity with an HRIS (we use Senor in Brazil and Workday in other locations)
• Excel or Google Sheets experience
