This position exists to support the Procure to Pay (PTP) workstream of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD). The person will have overall responsibility for performing PTP functions involved in maintain PTP processes, ensuring Sox compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment, providing updates/reporting of overall Procure to Pay operations.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Manage and support the full Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, ensuring smooth operation of processes within SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate and track incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation where necessary.
• Investigate and resolve system integration issues between Ariba and S/4HANA related to purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoicing
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot system errors, workflow failures, and data inconsistencies across platforms.
• Monitor and improve ticket resolution metrics; provide root cause analysis and identify opportunities to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), system upgrades, and deployment of new functionalities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, known issues, and solutions within ServiceNow knowledge base.
• Assist in defining and enforcing P2P compliance and control frameworks.
• Provide regular reporting on issue trends, performance and process bottlenecks
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
