• Manage hardware and software ordering processes across domestic and international regions, including online, punchout, and vendor portal channels
• Support medium- to low-touch software renewals and vendor engagement, coordinating with Legal and stakeholders as needed to ensure smooth contract execution and compliance
• Manage and execute process improvements to maximize S2P efficiencies and support the future state vision of procurement operations
• Provide responsive, solutions-oriented support while managing high volumes of requests through multiple intake channels
• Support ad hoc S2P projects needs with activities such as reporting, data extraction, New Tool Requests, preferred part analysis, etc
What we're looking for
• 3-5 years' experience in procurement operations, procurement center of excellence, or S2P.

• Comfortable providing training and guidance to stakeholders on processes and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing email aliases, Slack channels, and stakeholder updates.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment and to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Open to change and ability to adapt to evolving needs, supporting additional procurement tasks and projects as required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
