Job Description
FX is seeking a Project Manager, Content & Editorial, to manage the production and workflow of audio/visual content for new and returning FX original series, the brand and strategic initiatives. This includes but is not limited to conceptual teasers, trailers, launch/sustain campaigns, consumer facing brand campaigns, internal presentations and special projects.
The Manager will work closely with the SVP and the department to ensure that projects remain on schedule, within budget and of the utmost quality. They will be the logistical support system for all creative personnel on a project and serve as the point of contact with other Marketing departments, as well as externally with various creative vendors.
This role requires excellent client-side communication and strategic problem-solving skills and must be well-versed in project management processes and digital tools and applications.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the scheduling and logistics of all projects and campaigns
• Create logistical systems, run planning meetings, and execute post-delivery project reporting
• Establish and maintain production schedules, process plans, project resource allocation and requirements
• Oversee project budgets, in conjunction with the creative leads, including tracking and maintaining all show, non-show, and resource budgets.
• Act as liaison between the creative team and all other marketing departments and external vendors
• Partner with the operations teams to track, archive, and catalogue the library of content & editorial materials
• Track and maintain editor and temporary employee schedules and department vacations
• Manage onboarding process for temporary employees
Qualifications:
• Four-year college degree required
• 5+ years of network experience in promotion creative and production roles with emphasis on AV promotions and editorial
• Proficiency in Airtable, Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint, and In Design
• Firm understanding of the broadcasting, production, and marketing lexicon
• Strong problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of editing, network, and broadcast systems, used to take promotion materials from concept to air
The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $94,200 to $126,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $94,200 to $126,200 Per Year ($ USD)
