Location: KOBI-TV NBC5 | Medford, OR
Schedule: Full-time | Four 10-hour shifts (Sunday–Thursday)
Experience Needed: None … We Will Train You!

Are you a detail-oriented night owl with a passion for media or broadcasting? KOBI-TV NBC5 is looking for a dependable, focused, and motivated Overnight Master Control Operator to join our News Production team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in broadcast television, even without prior experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and switch on-air video and audio feeds
• Maintain high-quality audio and video signals
• Log programming and transmitter activity accurately
• Monitor and report signal issues or irregularities
• Record and manage multiple video feeds
• Maintain proper transmitter control

What We’re Looking For:

• Precision and the ability to act with split-second timing
• Calm under pressure and deadline-driven
• Extremely detail-oriented and reliable
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of working extended periods at a computer workstation
