What You'll Do
Epic Games Korea is looking for a strategic, execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead events, content, and digital ad campaigns.This role drives awareness and engagement for Unreal Engine and Epic's ecosystem through impactful experiences and content.
In this role, you will
• Plan and execute Epic-hosted events, including webinars, conferences, and livestreams, as well as external sponsorships and booth operations
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site operations
• Develop and execute localized content strategies aligned with global plans and local needs
• Oversee content localization, publishing, and quality review across blogs, social media, and video
• Lead digital advertising campaigns, including planning, targeting, execution, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with global and local teams, external partners, and creators to align marketing initiatives
• Maintain marketing calendars, internal documentation, and project tracking for cross-functional efforts
What we're looking for
• 5–7 years of relevant marketing experience in the game or IT industry, including events, content, and digital advertising
• Proven track record in planning and executing both online and offline events
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, digital ad operations, and content workflows
• Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills with a proactive, self-driven mindset
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in English (written and verbal); experience working with global teams preferred
• Passion for games, technology, the creator economy, and digital content ecosystems
• Experience managing large-scale conferences or events is a plus
• Hands-on experience in running digital ads for companies at a similar scale and creating content such as videos, blogs, and social campaigns
