Hero Programming, Bleacher Report (Temporary)

The Job
The Hero Content Programming Temp is responsible for assisting in the programming of app and social content from Bleacher Report's marquee shows, including The Edge with Micah Parsons, On Base with Mookie Betts, and more. They are tasked with real-time review of each show across B/R's portfolio , curating moments to add to each show's content library and reviewing edits . They will work with app and social programming teams to create and optimize posts across all B/R platforms promoting the each show.
The Daily
• Real-time review of marquee shows, including The Edge with Micah Parsons, On Base with Mookie Betts, and more
• Identify , curate and review edits from B/R's top show s and series
• Optimizing moments within each show and crafting posts for all B/R platforms
• Review edits and provide feedback with the goal of viewership growth
• Collaborate on app programming, including push notifications and hook writing
• Channel B/R's voice as you distribute content across all platforms
The Essentials
• Passionate sports fan, you live and breathe sports and want to make it a career
• This role operates on nights and weekends to support show schedules
• 1-3 years of professional experience preferred
• Video editing experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience with social content distribution a plus
• Awareness of B/R's voice across app and social platforms
• Avid consumer of sports content across multiple publishers and podcasts/shows

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $39,312.00 - $73,008.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
