Who are we hiring?
MSG Sports is seeking a Coordinator Knicks and Rangers Social Content to assist in reporting insights and best practices for social and digital content across both teams.
This role will measure, track, and assist in improving the social content performance of the Knicks and Rangers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating with key stakeholders to execute social media strategies and working with social teams to create content.
What will you do?
• Categorize high-volume digital and social content to generate actionable insights and meaningful benchmarks
• Participate in the brainstorming process for organic and branded content
• Conduct content audits and report the findings, playing a crucial role in the ongoing development of our content strategy and social media growth
• Partner directly with our in-house Analytics and Intelligence teams to develop best practice processes and reporting
• Assist in creating content for vertical platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
What do you need to s/ucceed?
• 1-3 years in a social media, content strategy, or data analysis role or function, ideally in a media or high-volume content organization
• Social analytics tools (like Sprout) experience is preferred
• Data visualization experience is preferred. Tableau experience considered an asset.
• Data is a part of the way you think - you're not afraid to jump head-first into large datasets and help make sense of what you find.
• Solutions-oriented and willing to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcome
• You consider yourself a ''process person'' - doing the work can be as important as figuring out how to keep doing it optimally and making sure the machine is running smoothly
Pay Range
$45,000 - $65,000 USD
