Job Description

Responsibilities:
HR Processes & Data:
• Process HRIS transactions (hires, personal data changes, promotions, terminations, etc.)
• Serve as primary user for all HR systems: SCORE (internal system), SAP, SmartRecruiters, etc.
• Run reoccurring and ad hoc reports and analyze HR metrics on attrition, performance, diversity, etc.
• Liaise with business partners including Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Finance in order to field questions and resolve day-to-day employee issues
• Assist with annual processes (performance review process, salary planning, benefits open enrollment, etc.)
• Keep apprised & updated on new regulations, company policies & procedures
Recruitment & Talent Management:
• Prepare job descriptions for open positions, and post open jobs
• Facilitate new hire onboarding process including generating offer letters and processing background checks
• Process new hires in SAP and complete I-9 verifications for new employees
• Partner with hiring manager to ensure a smooth new hire experience
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• 2+ years of work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Related Fields of Study
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Transactional experience using HR systems

• Strong in interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to interact with people at all levels
• Someone who demonstrates accountability, thinks critically, independently, and presents solutions
• Process orientated, detail oriented, and have great follow through skills
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work overtime and/or on weekends when needed
• Must be willing to travel if necessary (note: this will be minimal)
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the Stamford, CT office a minimum of three days per week. Subject to change based on Manager discussion or business need.
