Job Title: Coordinator, Operations & Revenue Assurance
A little bit about our team:
The Warner Records Commercial Revenue department is responsible for all aspects of digital streaming, downloads, and physical sales to achieve the company's revenue goals and help break new artists. The Operations & Revenue Assurance team works with digital production, marketing, and creative teams to ensure a smooth and successful release process.
Your role:
The Coordinator, Operations and Revenue Assurance will provide essential administrative and tactical support to our Director, Operations & Revenue Assurance. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth flow of our digital releases and the accuracy of our revenue reporting. You'll be managing a large schedule of releases, ensuring everything is set up correctly in supply chain systems and on platforms like Luminate for proper reporting. Your proactivity in anticipating and resolving problems before they occur will directly impact our ability to meet deadlines and drive revenue.
Here you'll get to:
• Support the digital supply chain: Assist in the setup, delivery, and reporting attributes for Warner Records' digital releases, working closely with digital production teams.
• Maintain release schedule accuracy: Help manage and update Warner Records' release schedule, artist roster, and related documentation to ensure data integrity.
• Facilitate asset organization: Provide support for the audio asset archival pilot program, assisting with cataloging and organizing session files, stems, and other pre-release materials.
• Assist with metadata and delivery issues: Help resolve urgent metadata requests, delivery, and supply-chain issues across WMG, artist, and marketing teams.
• Data entry and verification: Accurately input and verify UPCs and ISRCs in reporting systems like Luminate (formerly Soundscan, Music Connect) to ensure proper revenue tracking.
• Communicate project status: Help track and communicate the status of various projects, alerting relevant teams (e.g., Business Affairs about legal issues, Marketing & A&R about production deadlines).
• Provide administrative support: Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate across teams: Work effectively with A&R, A&R Administration, Business Affairs, Creative (Art & Video), Marketing, and Production teams.

• You have a basic understanding of administrative processes and data entry.
We'd love it if you also had:
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
• Familiarity with digital music distribution processes.
• A general understanding of music terminology and concepts.

Effective October 1, 2023, this position will require being in the office 4 days a week. We believe that an in-office presence is critical for talent development, collaboration and building strong relationships.
Salary Range
$20.00 to $24.00 Hourly
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
