Amazon MGM Studios is seeking an Executive Assistant for our Head of International Theatrical Distribution.
This role supports the International theatrical distribution team at Amazon Studios, which is a leader in revolutionizing the way films are released. Using your unique blend of business leadership and strategic savvy you will develop a big-picture vision and, when coupled with your drive and attention to detail, transform that vision into reality.
Key job responsibilities
• Perform a full range of administrative duties, including handling calls, arranging meetings, managing complex calendars, coordinating detailed international and domestic travel itineraries, and completing monthly expense reports.
• Compile and maintain executive-level data for all major theatrical releases, including up-to-date information on budgets, box office performance, release strategies, comparable titles, and historical records.
• Prepare and distribute release date documentation, such as competitive dating charts and internal release schedules, on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate and current international contact lists.
• Assist with the preparation of presentation decks and briefing materials for senior leadership and external partners.
• Liaise with international territory offices to source and analyze data to prepare special reports and presentations as required.
• Coordinate with Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align release information and strategies.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with territory distribution teams and relevant US–based departments.
• Support ad hoc projects, including research on films, competitive releases, and industry trends.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic and/or international travel coordination
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent organization, multi-tasking and communications skills
- Strong motivation and ability to take initiative with little direction
- Familiarity with the entertainment industry

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $42,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
