Job Description
As a Specialized tester, you will be responsible for checking and making sure a game respects all the intended Online Requirements. You may be in charge of several projects at the same time, where your primary goal is to identify issues, to manage test passes of your team on mentioned projects as well as to communicate with developers and other stakeholders and report to them.
Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:
• Execute Ubisoft Online Requirements tests when the project needs it and offer feedback to the production team on the level and quality of implementation;
• Operate multiple platforms;
• Support production teams in implementing the online features of the game;
• Investigate, reproduce, report and track issues on the projects, find workarounds for production teams;
• Manage one or more projects following established team actions and processes (planning and coordinating tests, raising project risks, ensuring proper test coverage);
• Acting as a node of communication between multiple teams: production teams, QC teams and complementary teams, providing them with relevant feedback on the project status and quality, providing visibility and obtaining required information;
• Create various documentation and reports based on the project needs;
• Seek new ways to improve own skills, as well as tools and procedures used in testing.
Main requirements:
• Upper intermediate level of English or higher (spoken and written);
• Good understanding of Software Release life cycle;
• Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills;
• Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player;
• Proactivity and ability to multitask;
• Resourcefulness and ability to handle challenging situations;
• Openness to change and self-improvement.
Would be a plus:
• Experience in coordinating tasks and/or groups of people;
• Hands-on experience with several platforms;
• Good troubleshooting skills;
• Experience with multiple projects;
• Mentorship experience
