Job Description
Intern, Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe BowlDepartment: Stadium Operations
Reports To: Project Manager, Stadium Operations
Job Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Provide support and event coordination for the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl which will take place at Yankee Stadium on Saturday, December 27, 2025.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist with the setup and execution of events across New York City
• Assist with the setup and execution of operations at Yankee Stadium
• Complete gift bags and ensure that they are shipped and delivered to the appropriate locations
• Welcome hotel guests and assist them with any questions or specific requests
• Assist with coordinating team, traveling party and sponsor transportation
• Support game day functions including escorting guests to the appropriate locations and assisting with hospitality spaces
• Support game day operations and assist with various activities
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
• Prior experience in coordinating events and activities is preferred
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve
• Flexible work schedule and ability work in an outdoor stadium environment
This is a temporary position, with several interns starting December 8th and the remaining interns starting December 19th, with all roles concluding on December 29th. Interns must be available to work on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
