The Coordinator supports the Client Servicing team by managing day-to-day servicing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of licensed content to partners worldwide. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong licensee relationships and upholding operational excellence across asset management and delivery workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Licensee Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary servicing liaison for assigned licensees.
• Understand and document technical specifications and delivery requirements.
• Track delivery status and provide timely updates and confirmations to partners.
Asset Management & Delivery:
• Coordinate the end-to-end servicing process, including content research, order issuance, and fulfillment.
• Issue purchase and material orders based on delivery plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery rejections in collaboration with internal departments.
• Partner with internal teams (e.g., Comm Ops, Mastering, Media Ops) to ensure assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 years of experience in media operations, client servicing, or content distribution preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with servicing workflows, metadata, or content management systems is a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 55,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
